Hi,


uncompressed package lists have not been published for a while now to 
reduce data traffic on the servers, there are compressed versions of the 
package lists available as you can see in [1].

For yakkety there are no lists at all because no packages have been 
published in the PPAs so far (and that's what apt actually errors out on).
