Greetings,

I don't know if this is the correct way to report a problem with 
backports-landing. If not, I'm sorry

Fresh xenial installation (virtual and on a machine) completely updated 
after installation
Added the backports landing ppa
Language Dutch

the update proces ended with failure by  unpacking  kde-l10n-nl

-f install didn't help
dpkg --configure -a ended with failures
ksysguard
powerdevil
kscreen
libpowerdevilcore2

Same installation but with the default English did not have any problems 
and I was able to add the Dutch language after the update.

I know this ppa is not for general consumption but I was curious

And as always my heartfelt thanks for the wonderfull work you are doing
