I´ve change my webservices from python 2.7 to 3.5 but actually the xml header it´s malformed 

it show <?xml version="1.0" ?>

and the same code in python 2.7

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

my version of ladon it 0.9.24
