If YUI-Reset is overriding anything in style.css, you are using it the
wrong way. A reset style sheet exists to override browsers' built-in

As I've just explained in the bug report, that bug report is
specifically about key-value tables, not listing tables. It is not
relevant to the issue you're having with listing table headings.
