There's a new wiki page showing contributions to Launchpad from
outside Canonical:

The top of the page explains everything.  

The page is auto-updated by a script.  In theory, that happens via a
cron job every ten minutes; in practice, something seems to be wrong
with the cron job (probably some environment variable missing in the
cron run env, such that what works when I test it manually doesn't
work when cron runs it).  I'll figure out what that is, but can update
manually in the meantime.
