I made a one-liner branch to do this, but I then remembered that I
occasionally make changes to stuff in sourcecode to try something out
and would prefer that it is not overwritten by default, and that maybe
others do similar things.

But now I think that it is probably better to overwrite for the sake of
keeping the majority running smoothly, especially new contributors from
the community who might get frustrated otherwise.

I'll resurrect the branch and land it soonish.
