Hi folks-

  Just wanted to share with everyone that revno 10163 has a fix that allows us
to use canonical_url in Windmill tests.  I know a few of us have done some
hacky things to make it work with http and specifying the windmill test's
port.  Don't do that anymore.  Just use canonical_url.
