QA on staging: logging in is broken, here's a workaround

Use login.staging.launchpad.net to login on staging for QA.

We have not yet diagnosed the problem.  We will need LOSA help on Monday to go further.

Thanks to Curtis for the workaround, and to Salgado for his continuing work on the issue.
