Hello all,

Some time over the last couple of weeks I came to my senses and
realized that using blueprints for managing the LEPs wasn't going to
work out.[1]

Instead, I expect it'll be easier for everyone if LEPs are recorded on
https://dev.launchpad.net/LEP. Put things into the "Needs approval"
category when you want me to look at them. Also, the earlier we can
talk about a LEP, the better.
