>From a lp user perspective I'd agree it seems not to have been a useful
feature. It might be worth looking again at whatever problem the
feature was originally designed to solve, in case it's still a problem.
My suspicion is that people now use tags as a more flexible solution for
marking bugs for others to work on. C.f. papercuts project as an
example.
