bac: What roles on a private project are automatically given access?
Owner and maintainer, for sure.  Driver?  Bug supervisor? 

sinzui: I think yes for all of these. I wonder if the bug supervisor is
just a specialised driver that has to have bug notification enabled? for
the pillar. Eg, we are forcing a structural subscription for the team
designated to be the supervisor.
