Hi,

An update on this.

Michael Barnett is currently reverting the nodowntime set to revision 11887.

I have landed Robert's fix, it's revision 11899. It should be blessed by 
buildbot shortly. Once that's on qastaging it will be needed to be QAed.

I've also taken care of updating the relevant bug tags.
