If anyone else is having this problem still (Tim?), downgrade launchpadlib or 
comment out the "import keyring" line in 

lp-sourcedeps/eggs/launchpadlib-1.9.1-py2.6.egg/launchpadlib/credentials.py

until Benji releases his fix.
