I've tried to capture the different sorts of downtime we have at the
moment - https://dev.launchpad.net/Downtime. I want to use this in the
revamped downtime deployment process (replacing the 'release' process)
so i would appreciate any critique or improvement you may have.

[essentially, I want to say 'unless its a db patch or datacentre
maintenance, we only ever do scheduled partial downtime' and 'we only
do db patches during scheduled complete downtime']
