Hi all,

If you're landing unfinished changes to an existing piece of UI, please
put them behind a feature flag if at all possible.

For example, the recent "Latest derivatives" portlet on
Distribution:+index shows mostly bad, uninteresting data on production,
and it's not clear that it's actually a desirable thing to show by
default. It was not behind a flag, but I'm fixing that now.
