Launchpad is spamming me with this message. It appears to be happening
every 5 minutes. I'm guessing something failed in the processing queue,
but now instead of just failing 1 time and giving a report about it, it
is failing every 5 minutes when the processing triggers. If we can't
silence this, it is going to be a *really* ugly weekend.
