Highly recommended reading for anyone interested in how to make the
Launchpad bug tracker better.

I thought this was highly interesting:

They measured a bunch of factors that contributed to if bugs were
fixed or not. Interestingly, the further apart people involved were in
the organizational chart, the less likely it was that they fixed a
bug! (Something to think about as we grow in size)
