simple fix to rabbit server not running problem

Tests were failing on my local VM due to Rabbit server not running.  Turns out my VM hostname wasn't listed in /etc/hosts which caused the server to not start up properly.  Easy fix but non-obvious problem.  Thanks to wgrant for helping me figure it out.
