I think we want to fallback to 517 until 518 is fixed. Maybe 518 was
made with stale launchpad-developer-dependencies from 4 weeks ago. Ian
can make the ami private or delete it.

Until then, ec2 must be run with machine switch to specifify we want to
use the working version. -m ami-d8cc34b1
