I just landed a change to the way the IJSONRequestCache is serialized
which has the side-effect that our base-layout template requires all
views to be derived from LaunchpadView (or otherwise provide getCacheJSON).

I fixed all failing tests, but at least one view wasn't being tested:
the project +timeline-graph view.
