Hello Launchpadders!

We have a need to rename the "principia" unpublished distribution to
"formulas".

I discussed this with Francis before he went on vacation, and he said it
should be fine. I need somebody authoritative to say its kosher so our
faithful LOSA core can make it so. I would wait for Francis to come back
but this is fairly time sensitive as it will start to block messaging
and development of Ensemble soon.
