Cool.  Maybe it's worth putting in a "keep" list.

That said, I want to emphasize that the list I'm proposing modifying is not the list of all LP tags, but the list of tags *that CHR triagers are expected to use*.  Other tags can keep on living, but CHR taggers won't be expected to use them.
