lp-oops has 7 years cruft in its DB - 30 million rows of deleted from
disk oops. The new prune code is taking, uhm, a while to process this
and reclaim disk space etc.

I can interrupt that if needed to let a specific oops be looked at,
but its nearly done and should be usable again in a few hours.
