The new bug listings code triggers late evaluation and double-counts -
its taken us back about 15 months in terms of bug search page
efficiency: any timeout bugs from folk in the beta are very likely to
be dupes of the performance bugs around that.

This will be sorted before it comes out of beta, naturally :) I had
considered suggesting we disable the beta until its fixed, but I think
we're still getting useful feedback - once we aren't getting any more
feedback, I think it would be reasonable to consider turning the flag
off to stop giving users timeouts, until we've fixed the issues.
