We have Celery deployed on production (ackee) now.  Running garbo
tasks via Celery is probably simple, but we have been focusing on jobs
which provide the IRunnableJob interface, so I don't think our work is
directly applicable.

Celery's tool for this would be "celerybeat".  We don't have this
deployed yet, but we plan to deploy it.
