Launchpad PPA + Quantal == happiness

Hai,

	I have mangled the Launchpad PPA into a state where enough packages
have been copied/built into it that launchpad-dependencies is now
installable on Quantal.

	I have also stopped all recipes building for Natty, and removed the
lone package in the PPA which was still for Natty.
