This is the link to the wiki page used by all Romanian translation teams.

It explains the translation rules, what string should not be translated,
common errors...

Maybe we can include a link for each language that already have such
translation guides.

For example on this page:

we should see this text:

It is great to have a general wiki page on help.launchpad.net but there
are also some specific notes for each Language.
