Sure, I'm not upset. Sorry if I sounded like it.

So, the reason we have two tasks is to track two different people
working to solve this bug. Matt Revell worked on the email text and
provided it to Tom Berger. Tom is the one who's actually doing the
changes, update the tests, have it reviewed by a code reviewer and
finally commit that to the main Launchpad code tree. Once that's done,
the Launchpad Bugs task can be closed as fix committed and then will be
ready for the 2.1.10 release.
