  step 2 to "Ensure the key has been uploaded to a keyserver. To do this:
  gpg --send-key key-id" (without the quotes).
  
  First, it is not obvious from the output of "gpg --gen-key" what a key-
  id is. Second, I think that key-id needs to be preceeded with "0x" in
  the command. Third, probably it should be "--send-keys", not "--send-
  key" (I did not check this). And lastly your feedback mentions the
  option --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com as well.
