With Debian squeeze's release targeted for this weekend, we need to prepare gina to import the next series (wheezy). This involves adding a config section (this branch), adding configuration (https://code.launchpad.net/~wgrant/lp-production-configs/bug-710360-gina-wheezy), and adding the new series to the crontab.

See devel r7971 for the similar lenny->squeeze change.
