The proposal to merge lp:~lifeless/launchpad/useoops into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Description changed to:

Delete a bunch of too-big test contents and narrow the tests to testing the thing they are really interested in; refactor oops creation into three parts: make, filter and send. Upgrade to python-oops 0.0.3 which supports missing keys better. Oh, and delete the entirely unused copy_to_zlog code path.
