The proposal to merge lp:~jelmer/launchpad/newer-bzr-svn-tag-issues into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Description changed to:

Update to a newer versions of bzr-svn on Launchpad, which is compatible with the current version of Bazaar Launchpad is using.

This was a regression that was introduced when a newer snapshot of Bazaar slightly tweaked its API for merging tags, which was not covered by bzr-svn's testsuite.
