Sure, but lp already has a stormexpr.py with a bunch of other Storm 
things in there. So the whole lot should go to Storm. But that can be 
done in a separate branch. The aim of this branch was to get common 
Storm stuff out of bespoke code in a way that is consistent with what 
we already have.
