The proposal to merge lp:~stevenk/launchpad/branch-information_type-model into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Description changed to:

Add information_type to Branch, and make sure it is set for new branches or branches that switch privacy. I have added a stub transitionToInformationType() method to this branch, which will be switched to after the column is fully populated.
