The proposal to merge lp:~gmb/launchpad/zope.testing-p13 into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Commit Message changed to:

Launchpad now depends on zope.testing-3.9.4-p13. This allows it to pass --require-unique to bin/test, which will cause the test runner to quit if it encounters duplicate test IDs.
