This changes the root "password" configuration parameter to be optional, like all the other parameters. This parameter will be joining the dodo when Cobbler is removed anyway, but making it less whack-a-mole-ish is useful right now. The default is set to a good-as-unguessable 12-byte password so that anyone forgetting to set the password will find it hard to log-in.
