Another issue for me is that the bug/branch sharing policy set up is 
typically done only once when the project is set up, whereas viewing 
the sharing table would be done more often on an ongoing basis. So 
giving prominence to the sharing policy info at the expense of the 
sharing details seems counter-intuitive.
