[Merge] lp:~evilnick/maas/dhcp-instructions into lp:maas
Nick Veitch has proposed merging lp:~evilnick/maas/dhcp-instructions into lp:maas.

changed DHCP setup part of maas-cli docs to avoid config problems.

changed the DHCP configuration instructions, as the current ones conflicted with how node group interfaces now work.
