The proposal to merge lp:~stevenk/launchpad/populate-specification-aag into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Description changed to:

Write a garbo job to backfill Specification.access_{policy,grants} for all private blueprints.

This can not land until DB r12272 has been deployed to production.
