The proposal to merge lp:~stevenk/launchpad/cache-known-viewers-specification into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Commit Message changed to:

Set known viewers for each specification by way of the property cache during search_specifications, and make use of Specification.access_{grants,policy} inside ISpecification.userCanView().
