Andres Rodriguez has proposed merging lp:~andreserl/maas/precise.sru.update into lp:~maas-maintainers/maas/packaging.precise.sru.

Commit message:
Make packaging changelog match with the one released in quantal. This is due that when we SRU, the packaging should be exactly the same + the specific changes for Precise on top.
