The proposal to merge lp:~andreserl/maas/raring_packaging_updates into lp:~maas-maintainers/maas/packaging has been updated.

Commit Message changed to:

Use Breaks/Replaces instead of Conflicts/Replaces as it is better since it is a less restriction when it comes to upgrades. Breaks should be used instead of Conflicts when moving files around packages like in this case.
