Please re-sort TrustyUbuntuMaintenance after OneiricUbuntuMaintenance,
and while you're there preserve the convention of having two blank lines
between top-level definitions.

Why are we dropping Kubuntu from the LTS list for trusty?  I don't know
whether it needs to be reconfirmed with the TB, but Kubuntu has a strong
track record of participating in LTS cycles.  I realise that there is a
dispute about the meaning of Canonical support vs. Ubuntu project
support here (cf. bug 914055 where I was active), but I'm concerned
about the political implications of dropping Kubuntu's support
declaration on the floor before some other declaration method is
available.  I'd rather avoid what could easily be seen as a regression.
