The proposal to merge lp:~cjwatson/launchpad/tidy-bzr-oopses into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Description changed to:

We get about 700 OOPSes a day from Nagios checking Launchpad branch privacy, which are because of a failure to handle Unauthorized from BranchTarget.default_stacked_on_branch.
