The proposal to merge lp:~blr/launchpad/build-manager-proxy-client into lp:launchpad has been updated.

Description changed to:

With this branch, Snapbuildbehaviour requests a token from the snap proxy service, and constructs a valid http_proxy url, passed to snap buildds, alone with the token revocation endpoint.

Support for the snap proxy in launchpad-buildd is provided by lp:~blr/launchpad-buildd/snap_http_proxy
