This is a direction review MP as it needs more work:
1: in the first test it needs adding the Git import - currently only working with the BZR one
2: in the second test I could use the usual "Publisher(DevNullLogger(), getPubConfig(ppa), None, ppa).deleteArchive()" to actually delete the ppa as I was running into "Can't delete non-trivial PPAs for user".
