Review: Needs Fixing

We indeed don't want to collide with xenial.  It's possible we could drop trusty, but let's drop ubuntu-rtm/15.04, as it's very very obsolete at this point, and move impish to "30 10 * * 5" (not "30 19 ..." as ubuntu-rtm/15.04 was).

Please also add an lp-get-ul10nstats job, replacing the ubuntu-rtm/15.04 one.
