The proposal to merge ~cjwatson/launchpad:db-ci-build into launchpad:db-devel has been updated.

Description changed to:

This is used to schedule CI jobs on the build farm.  There's also a new `RevisionStatusReport.ci_build` column used to assist with reporting of results.
