Guruprasad has proposed merging ~lgp171188/launchpad:do-not-expire-checkbox-beta-and-stable-ppas into launchpad:master.

Commit message:
Don't expire the checkbox beta and stable PPAs

The OEMs use these PPAs and want to pin the version of the checbox
packages during testing, using the archive snapshot service.
