We are supposed to have 18 vGPUs available for builders (3 GPUs * 6 virtual instances each), but then we had issues bringing the builders up, and we opened an issue with ManSol to look into this mismatch.

In the meantime, shared a pastebin (https://pastebin.canonical.com/p/9rnkS8J5gC/) with a list of active vs errored VMs. From the logs it seems that the errors seem to come from the fact that there are no vGPUs available. I see 6 erroring out, which to me suggests that going from 18 to 12 is a good number.

The issue with ManSol to figure out why we don't have 18 available is still open. We seem to currently have capacity for 14, where currently 2 are qastaging and an image builder.
